Pre-entry Opens May 2 and closes Wednesday, May 21 at noon.
Date: Saturday and Sunday, May 24th – 25th
Office will open at 7:00 am, pre-enter by 12:00 pm Wednesday May 21st.
Start time 8:00am – Barrels, Keyhole, Figure 8, Poles, Team Poles, Flags, Team Flags, 2 Man 3 Barrel, Cal Stake, Keyrace, Team Baton, 2 Man Stake, Bareback Relay, Rescue Race, and Cowhide.
Arena: Stewarts Arena

Arena Fee: $10.00 per horse per day
Ride Fee: $5.00 buckaroo and open per run, $10.00 jackpot per run with 80% payout
Stalls: $35 per day (must request a stall by contacting Tawnee Hillmer (360) 603-3375)
* Extra bags of shavings available for $10. No shavings in the pens.
Pens: $20 per day (must request a stall by contacting Tawnee Hillmer (360) 603-3375)
Camping: Dry camping available, no hookups
Coffee truck and photographer on site. Princess walking taco dinner on Sat. Night 🌮
Payment is due at the end of the show, if you are only riding one day or think you might just ride one day, please make sure to visit the office before you leave to pay for your rides. There will be a fee for non-payment.
All riders MUST check in with the office before you ride.
IMPORTANT STALL AND PEN INFORMATION: You must check in with the office before entering your assigned stall or selecting your pen. You must be approved before accessing your stall or pen. Stalls are numbered and will be assigned, please do NOT use a stall you have not been assigned. Pen’s are first come but remember to check in with the office before selecting a pen. All occupied pens require a pen card. Failure to follow the rules may result in loss of pen privilege, possible future restrictions and/or possible fine.
A list of those whom requested pens and assigned stalls will be available prior to the show. Please contact Tawnee Hillmer with any questions.
